About this course
LLB (Hons) in Law and French, a law and french and francophone studies degree spanning legal studies and language training. Core topics include Legal Analysis. The course includes a compulsory year abroad in Year 3 at an institution that teaches in French. The first year covers the foundations through Scottish Legal System, Critical Legal Thinking, Contract Law and Family Law alongside francophone studies. The second year progresses to Property Law, Jurisprudence, Public Law and Individual Rights and Delict. Year 4 includes modules such as Commercial Law, Property Law, Family Law and Criminology.
