About this course

LLB (Hons) in Law and Social Anthropology, an anthropology and law degree exploring legal frameworks alongside the comparative study of human societies. Core topics include Legal Analysis. Spanning four years, the curriculum combines courses from both the Law School and the School of Social and Political Science. The first year covers the foundations through Scottish Legal System, Contract Law, Family Law and Public Law of the UK and Scotland.
