About this course
MA (Hons) in Psychology and Business, a joint honours degree spanning psychology and business and management. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Statistics, Research Methods, Financial Analysis, Communication & Writing, and Entrepreneurship. Students complete a four-year undergraduate programme combining laboratory work and business theory. The first year covers core subjects through cognitive psychology, biological psychology, Global Challenges for Business, and The Business of Edinburgh. The second year progresses with research methods, R programming, finance, and marketing. The third year builds advanced knowledge through Strategic Management, Research in Management, and global business. The final year allows specialisation through optional modules such as Social Psychology of Groups, Big Data and Psychological Science, Corporate Finance, and Brand Culture.
