About this course
Dual LLB / Juris Doctor (JD) with the Chinese University of Hong Kong, an undergraduate law degree spanning multiple jurisdictions. Core topics include Legal Analysis, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. Students spend the first two years studying at Exeter before completing the final two years at the partner university in Hong Kong. The first year covers core foundations through compulsory modules such as Criminal Law, The Law of Contract, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Legal Foundations. The second year continues with essential legal studies including The Law of Torts, Land Law, Equity and Trusts, and Company Law Foundation. Optional modules available in the second year include (European) Human Rights and Human Dignity, and European and UK Consumer Law.
