About this course
LLB in Law with European Study, a law degree centred on English legal principles and European legal frameworks. Core topics include Legal Analysis, Policy Analysis, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. Students spend the third year studying abroad at an approved partner institution in Europe, following the first two years of English law foundations and optional language tuition. The first year covers the core foundations through The Law of Contract, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Legal Foundations, and Criminal Law. The second year introduces further essential subjects through The Law of Torts, Land Law, European Union Law, and Equity and Trusts, alongside optional choices such as Competition Law, Jurisprudence, and Supreme Court Studies. The fourth year allows further specialisation through a wide range of optional modules.
