A level: AAB or BBB (Additional requirements: A-level English or Humanities subject.) IB: 36 (6,6,5) (Additional requirements: English HL6 or Humanities HL6 with English SL6.) Scottish Higher: AAABB is the minimum requirement from S5 to be reviewed for an S6 offer Offers are not guaranteed to applicants who meet the minimum from S5 Typically offers will be made at AAAAAA by end of S6. B at Advanced Higher is equivalent to A at Higher Additional requirements: Higher English and a Higher Humanities subject at AA. Higher Mathematics is recommended. Scottish Higher (widening access): MD20: ABBBB (also other target groups*) MD40: AAABB (ABB S5 minimum for consideration)* Additional requirements: Higher English and a Higher Humanities subject. About this course
MA(SocSci)/BSc/LLB/MA in Business & Management, a computer science and business and management degree exploring the theoretical and practical dimensions of organisations and management. Core topics include Research Methods, Project Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Global & Comparative Perspective. The Adam Smith Business School holds triple-crown accreditation, signifying that it meets high global standards in education and research. The first year introduces foundational principles through Foundations of Finance, Introduction to Marketing, Organisational Behaviour, and Principles of Management. The second year develops analytical and operational capabilities with Business Decision Analysis, Entrepreneurship, Fundamentals of Human Resource Management, and Service and Operations Management. In the final years, students choose from an extensive range of optional modules covering areas such as digital marketing, international business, strategic management, and human resource management, alongside completing a Business and Management Dissertation.
