Entry requirements
Students should consult the Tianjin University website for entry requirements to year 1 of the programme. For entry to the University of Glasgow in Level 3 Tianjin University students will need to obtain 75% and above in all core subjects their first two years of study. There is a maximum of 20 places guaranteed at the University of Glasgow for students from Tianjin University.

BEng/MEng in Electronics & Electrical Engineering (in partnership with Tianjin University), an electronics & electrical engineering (in partnership with tianjin university) degree focusing on electrical and electronic principles. Core topics include Microelectronics. The programme is delivered in partnership with Tianjin University. The first year involves studies across the School of Mechanical Engineering, the School of Precision Instrument and Opto-electronics Engineering, the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, and the School of Microelectronics. The third year covers compulsory subjects such as Aerodynamics and Fluid Mechanics 3, Aircraft Design Project 3, Control 3, Instrumentation and Data Systems 3, Simulation of Engineering Systems 3, Dynamics 3, Propulsion & Turbomachinery 3, Aircraft Performance and Design Analysis 3, Flight Mechanics 3, and Aircraft Structural Analysis and Design 3, alongside Aircraft Structural Mechanics 3. The fourth year features compulsory modules including Aerospace Design Project 4, Individual Project 4, and Elements Of Law For Engineers 1.
