About this course

LLB in Scots Law, a politics and international relations and law degree providing the required academic training for the Scottish legal profession. The curriculum offers flexibility through various option choices and serves as a foundation for careers beyond legal practice. The first year covers foundational subjects through Constitutional Law 1, Introduction to Legal Study, Obligations 1A, Obligations 1B, Family Law, Roman Law Of Property & Obligations 1, and Criminal Law And Evidence 1. The second year builds upon this base with compulsory studies including Jurisprudence, Law and Government, Business Organisations, Commercial Law, European Union Law, and Property Law.
