About this course
BSc in Brewing and Distilling, combining engineering and science principles within the context of brewing and distilling. Core topics include cereal science, yeast science, microbiology, biochemistry, process technology, quality control, and analytical chemistry. Students gain hands-on experience using on-site brewery, distillery, and rectification laboratory facilities.
