BBC-BCC at A Level or equivalent. DMM-MMM in BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma. 112-104 UCAS tariff points from a combination of Level 3 qualifications. Merit at T Level. Access to Higher Education Diploma with 45 Level 3 credits at Merit or above. 112-104 UCAS tariff points from International Baccalaureate qualifications.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, covering the inspection, diagnosis, and management of buildings. Core topics include Research Methods, Project Management, Communication & Writing, and Ethics & Professional Practice. An optional placement year offers a minimum of 36 weeks in a graduate-level role. The programme is being prepared for accreditation by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
