About this course

BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, covering building performance, construction practice, and property surveying. Core topics include Research Methods, Project Management, Communication & Writing, Ethics & Professional Practice, and Entrepreneurship. The programme is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). An optional placement year is available, and students undertake a Major Project Dissertation in their final year.
