BBC-BCC at A Level or equivalent. 112-104 UCAS tariff points from a combination of Level 3 qualifications. DMM-MMM in BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma, D D BTEC National Diploma or CACHE Diploma grade B relevant to working with children. Access to Higher Education Diploma with 45 Level 3 credits at Merit or above. Merit at T Level. 112-104 UCAS tariff points from International Baccalaureate qualifications.
About this course
BA (Hons) in Childhood and Youth Studies and Psychology and Education. Core topics include Data Analysis, Project Management, Policy Analysis, Ethics & Professional Practice, and Entrepreneurship. Students complete work placements with children aged 0-7 through two professional practice modules and undertake a supervised final-year project focused on empirical research, policy analysis, or entrepreneurship.
