Entry requirements
BBB at A Level (General Studies is not accepted). DDM in BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma. 120 UCAS tariff points from a combination of Level 3 qualifications (General Studies is not accepted). Access to Higher Education Diploma in a subject that is relevant to the course with 45 Level 3 credits at Merit or above. Merit at T Level. 120 UCAS tariff points from International Baccalaureate qualifications. A Foundation course in Art and Design: Distinction.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Animation, interactive, film and sound, focused on games development production. Core topics include Programming, Project Management, Communication & Writing, and Entrepreneurship. The course shares a common first year across games programmes before specialisation in later years. A placement year option allows students to set up and run their own business or freelance service, and the degree concludes with an individual project supervised over 30 weeks.
