About this course
LLB (Hons) in Sociology and Law, combining legal study with criminological perspectives. Core topics include Research Methods, Legal Analysis, Policy Analysis, and Communication & Writing. All foundation areas of law are covered in the first two years before choosing an academic or practice-focused pathway. An optional 48-week placement in legal or criminal justice settings is available, and the final year includes an Independent Legal Research Project.
