Entry requirements
BBB-BCC at A Level or equivalent. 120-104 UCAS tariff points from a combination of Level 3 qualifications. Merit at T Level. DMM-MMM in BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma. Merit in UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma. Merit in RSL Level 3 Extended Diploma. Pass in Diploma Foundation Studies in Art and Design combined with A Level or BTEC qualifications, to total an equivalent of 120-104 UCAS tariff points. Access to Higher Education Diploma with 45 Level 3 credits at Merit or above. 120-104 UCAS tariff points from International Baccalaureate qualifications.
About this course
BA (Hons) Photography, combining practical image-making with critical and contextual study of visual culture. Core topics include research methods, critical and analytical thinking, entrepreneurship, and design and creative practice. An optional placement year offers either a graduate-level industry role or the opportunity to set up and run a freelance venture. Students produce a collaborative group exhibition and complete a final major project in their final year.
