About this course

BA (Hons) in Education, focusing on youth and community work. Core topics include Data Analysis, Research Methods, Communication & Writing, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The programme leads to the Youth Work (JNC) qualification and covers the National Occupational Standards for Youth Work. Students complete three professional placements in settings such as statutory and voluntary organisations and alternative education, and the course includes a supervised extended research project.
