Applicants should have A Level Maths and Physics at Grade C or above. Applicants taking the reformed A-level must also Pass the practical element. Alternative qualifications IB Diploma: 28 points including 5 in Higher Level Maths and Physics. Pass Access to HE Diploma overall with a minimum of 96-112 UCAS tariff points including a minimum of 18 credits at Merit in Maths and 18 credits at Merit in Physics
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Physics and Physics with Astrophysics. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Statistics, Mathematical Modelling, Research Methods, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The programme features a final-year MPhys Project involving independent or supervised scientific investigation. Weekly tutorials run in the first two years, with tutor feedback sessions throughout the degree.
