Applicants should have A level Biology/Applied Science at Grade C or above (or merit from relevant BTEC). Applicants taking the reformed A-level must also Pass the practical element. Applicants should also have GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4 or C or above. Any offers made are conditional on the results of an enhanced DBS check and confirmation that any health requirements have been met. Alternative qualifications IB Diploma: 28 points including 5 in Higher Level Biology. Pass Access to HE Diploma overall with a minimum of 96-112 UCAS tariff points including a minimum of 18 credits at Merit in Biology. CACHE Level 3 Extended Diploma: C
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Biology and Education, combining biological sciences with education studies. Core topics include Data Analysis, Research Methods, and Communication & Writing. This accelerated two-year programme includes a work-based placement module, school visits, and the option to study towards an accredited Forest School certification. An extended project or dissertation is completed in the final year.
