About this course

BSc in Earth and Planetary Science, a physics degree centred on geological and geophysical principles applied to planets, moons, asteroids, and comets. The curriculum combines geosciences, physics, chemistry, mathematics, engineering, and computing across an interdisciplinary structure. During the initial two years, students study core subjects alongside peers from other Earth Science programmes. In the final year, students select from optional modules including astrobiology, earth systems, planetary physics, ore deposits, and collisions.
