About this course

MSci in Biochemistry, exploring the molecular basis of human and mammalian disease. Core topics include Data Analysis, Laboratory Techniques, Research Methods, and Fieldwork. The course includes a tropical biology field course hosted by the University of Sains Malaysia, and a final-year research project. The programme can be extended to five years with an optional placement year.
