About this course
BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology, combining ecology with conservation. Core topics include data analysis, research methods, fieldwork, environmental analysis, and ethics and professional practice. Students complete an independent research dissertation in the final year and may earn a Field Identification Skills Certificate (FISC), valued by employers. A placement year option is available, providing practical experience in the field.
