About this course
BA (Hons) in History. Core topics include Research Methods, Fieldwork, Historical Research, Communication & Writing, and Global & Comparative Perspective. The programme offers a placement year and study abroad options, including a four-week US summer school at a partner university. In the final year, students undertake an independent research project that can take the form of a 10,000-word dissertation, a digital public-facing project, or a critical edition.
