About this course

BEng (Hons) in Biomedical Engineering, combining engineering with biology and medicine. Core topics include programming, circuit design, embedded systems, signal processing, data analysis, and artificial intelligence and machine learning. Students complete a design and prototyping project each year, with an independent research project in the final year. Modules cover biomedical engineering skills including physiological systems, laboratory techniques, and medical electronics.
