About this course

BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology, combining natural and social sciences in conservation. Core topics include Data Analysis, Statistics, Fieldwork, and Environmental Analysis. The programme includes a final-year independent research project, a residential field trip to Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory, and optional trips to Costa Rica. Delivered through the Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology, with practical fieldwork opportunities throughout the degree.
