Entry requirements
A level: CDD including either a Science subject (i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Sport, Psychology or Mathematics at grade D UR CCC including at least two subjects from the following areas: humanities, computing, art and design, English language or literature. IB: 80 Tariff points, typically H5, H4, H4from three HL subjects including HL Science subject, Sport, Psychology or Maths at 4 or SL Science subject, Sport, Psychology or Maths at 6.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry, a four-year programme covering molecular biology from viruses and microorganisms through to human physiology. Core topics include Laboratory Techniques, Data Analysis, Statistics, Research Methods, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and Entrepreneurship. Final-year options include a lab or data-based research project, a business venture, or a science communications project.
