About this course
BSc (Hons) Chemistry, covering the core branches of the chemical sciences. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Mathematical Modelling, Research Methods, and Communication & Writing. The programme offers optional placements including a Year in Industry or Year Abroad, and a pathway in Chemistry with Forensic Science is available through selected modules. A final-year research project allows independent investigation within a chosen chemical discipline.
