Entry requirements
Qualifications needed for 2027: BSc (Hons): 96-120 UCAS tariff points Three A-levels, or equivalent Level 3 qualifications, such as a BTEC Extended Diploma in an engineering, science, technology or business subject, with grades MMM. Alternatively, we will consider an Access Course in a relevant subject, passed with 96 UCAS points. BSc (Hons) including foundation year: 64 UCAS tariff points For the degree with a foundation year, a minimum of 64 UCAS points from A-levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications is required. Additional requirements: Entry onto this course does not require an interview, entrance test, audition or portfolio. English language: English language requirement for this course: Academic IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no element below 5.5. If you do not meet our English language requirements , you may be eligible for Kingston University's pre-sessional English language course. Check out our English Language Programme page for more details. If you’re applying from a recognised majority English-speaking country (MESC), you won’t need to meet the requirements. About this course
BSc (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering. Core topics include Data Analysis, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and Research Methods. The programme allows transition to a Commercial Pilot Training pathway after the first year, with Year 2 diverging to cover UK CAA ATPL exam preparation. Flight simulator sessions are integrated into later modules.
