About this course

BA (Hons) Dance, combining practical training with critical study of dance in cultural contexts. Core topics include Critical & Analytical Thinking, Ethics & Professional Practice, and Design & Creative Practice. Students choose a specialism in choreography or hip hop performance practices, and undertake an industry placement or project in the final year. A Dance Company module provides experience of full-scale production in a professional company setting.
