Entry requirements

Qualifications needed for 2027: BSc (Hons): 112-128 UCAS tariff points At least two A-levels, or a BTEC National Extended Diploma: Distinction, Merit, Merit (DMM). Equivalent qualifications, including an Access to HE Diploma (15 distinctions, 30 merits), are also accepted. GCSE Mathematics at grade C/4 or above, or a recognised equivalent, is also required. BSc (Hons) including foundation year: 64 UCAS tariff points For the degree with a foundation year, a minimum of 64 UCAS points is required. Additional requirements: Entry onto this course does not require an interview, entrance test, audition or portfolio. English language: English language requirement for this course: Academic IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no element below 5.5. If you do not meet our English language requirements , you may be eligible for Kingston University's pre-sessional English language course. About this course

BSc (Hons) in Economics. Core topics include statistics. The course progresses through three levels, with a capstone module, Working as an Economist, in the final year and a dedicated Future Skills Apply module for career development. Students use industry-standard IT facilities for data analysis and the course covers both microeconomics and macroeconomics.
