Entry requirements
Qualifications needed for 2027: BSc (Hons): 112-128 UCAS tariff points At least two A-levels, or a BTEC National Extended Diploma: Distinction, Merit, Merit (DMM). Equivalent qualifications, including an Access to HE Diploma (15 distinctions, 30 merits), are also accepted. GCSE Mathematics at grade C/4 or above, or a recognised equivalent, is also required. BSc (Hons) including foundation year: 64 UCAS tariff points For the degree with a foundation year, a minimum of 64 UCAS points is required. Additional requirements: Entry onto this course does not require an interview, entrance test, audition or portfolio. English language: English language requirement for this course: Academic IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no element below 5.5. If you do not meet our English language requirements , you may be eligible for Kingston University's pre-sessional English language course. If you’re applying from a recognised majority English-speaking country (MESC), you won’t need to meet the requirements. About this course
BSc (Hons) in Economics, combining statistical methods with financial analysis. Core topics include Statistics and Financial Analysis. The programme includes a capstone module in which students produce an extended piece of economic analysis on a self-selected topic. Students also have access to a dedicated career coach and opportunities for micro-placements.
