Entry requirements
Qualifications needed for 2027: BSc (Hons) 120-136 UCAS tariff points At least two A-levels, or a BTEC National Extended Diploma: Distinction, Distinction, Merit (DDM) or equivalent qualifications. GCSE Mathematics at grade C/4 or above, or a recognised equivalent, is also required. BSc (Hons) including foundation year: 64 UCAS tariff points For the degree with a foundation year, a minimum of 64 UCAS points is required. Additional requirements: Entry onto this course does not require an interview, entrance test, audition or portfolio. English language: English language requirement for this course: Academic IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no element below 5.5. If you do not meet our English language requirements , you may be eligible for Kingston University's pre-sessional English language course. About this course
BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Sociology, combining psychology with criminology. Core topics include Data Analysis, Statistics, Research Methods, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The programme covers foundational criminological theory, criminal justice systems, policing, and punishment. The final year includes an empirical research project supervised by academic staff, and a 40-hour work experience placement.
