About this course

BSc Hons in Business Management for Entrepreneurship, a business management degree centred on enterprise creation, strategic development, and commercial operations. Core topics include Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analysis, Critical & Analytical Thinking, Global & Comparative Perspective, Human Behaviour, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and Design & Creative Practice. The curriculum incorporates input from an Entrepreneurs in Residence network and is connected to the Family Business Centre. The first year establishes core foundations through Economics for Business, Foundations in Management Theory and Practice, Foundations of Accounting and Finance, Foundations of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Principles of Marketing, and Professional Development for Entrepreneurship. The second year advances enterprise abilities through Developing Innovations, Enterprise in Action, Entrepreneurial Skills and Enterprise Development, Entrepreneurship in Context, and Funding, Finance and Business Planning, alongside optional choices such as Managing Uncertainty in Business, Business Data and Intelligence, and Global Business Knowledge and Mindset.
