BEng Hons in Engineering (with a Foundation Year), an engineering degree providing an alternative entry route into STEM studies. The foundation year is taught at the Lancaster University School of Mathematics, located at Cardinal Newman College in Preston, with free transport provided four days a week from the main campus. Students reside in campus accommodation and access all university facilities while completing three modules tailored to their chosen degree pathway through a combination of taught sessions, group work, problem-based learning and project work.
