About this course

BA Hons in English Literature (Study Abroad), an English Literature degree examining various literary forms, genres, and cultural contexts from antiquity to the present day. The first year builds foundational knowledge through core modules such as Literature in Time and World Literatures, with options including Introduction to Creative Writing and Foundations of Language. The second year focuses on theoretical approaches and media transformation through compulsory modules like Critical Theory, Critical Practice, and Literary Adaptation, alongside optional choices such as Victorian Literature and American Literature.
