Core topics include Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Research Methods. The course is taught on a Thursday evening over four years to accommodate work and external commitments. The first year covers foundational concepts through Introduction to Management, Sustainable Organisations and Society, The Organisational Environment, Human Resource Management, and Your Development: Introduction. The second year introduces Business Accounting, Marketing Principles, Business Economics, Leadership and Change Management, and Your Development: Intermediate. The third year advances into International Business, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise, Your Development: Advanced, Research Methods in Context, and Business Analytics. The final year concludes with Strategic Management, Operations Management, an Independent Research Project, and Your Development: Futures.
