Entry requirements

A level: AAB (specific subject requirements) BTEC: D*DD (RQF) with Distinctions in all Mathematics units including Maths and Further Maths (and/ or other appropriate maths units) plus a diagnostic Maths test. Some units may be optional on your BTEC but are required by the Faculty. Please contact us for further information. IB: 17 points at Higher Level to include 5 in HL Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches or 6 in HL Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation

BEng in Electronics and Computer Engineering, an electrical and electronic engineering degree focused on hardware, software, and digital technology integration. Core topics include Circuit Design, Computer Architecture, Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, Control Systems, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and Systems Design. Students can transfer to the four-year integrated Masters degree at the end of the second year. The first year covers foundational principles through Circuit Analysis and Design, Digital Electronics and Microcontrollers, Introduction to Engineering Mathematics, and Electronic Design Project. The second year progresses into specialized areas with Electronic Circuit and Systems Design, Machine Learning, Embedded Systems Project, and IoT and Edge Computing.
