About this course
MPhys in Physics, covering fundamental ideas from forces, fields and waves to quantum physics, particles, relativity and the physics of matter. Core topics include Programming, Data Analysis, Statistics, Research Methods, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. This degree is accredited by the Institute of Physics (IOP), and an MPhys fulfils the educational requirements for CPhys status. Students undertake a substantial research project in the later years.
