A level: BCC to BBC to include a Grade B in Biology, Geography, Geology or Environmental Science. IB: 29 points overall to include a Higher Level in Biology, Geography, Geology or Environmental Science.
About this course
BSc (Hons) Marine Biology, examining the biology of organisms and their interaction with ecosystems. Core topics include Fieldwork, Data Analysis, Statistics, Programming, and Research Methods. Dedicated UK and overseas field courses provide hands-on ecological study and species identification experience. An independent research project is completed under staff supervision in the final year.
