Entry requirements
A level: BBC to include a Grade B in Geography or a related subject. History, English, Economics, Sociology, a modern language, Psychology, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics are accepted. IB: 30 points overall to include a Higher Level in Higher Level 5 in Geography or related subject. Arts, studies in Language and Literature, Sciences, Mathematics or Individuals and Societies are accepted.
About this course
MGeog in Geography, a four-year integrated master's degree combining undergraduate and postgraduate-level study in one programme. Core topics include Environmental Analysis, Fieldwork, Research Methods, Statistics, Programming, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. The course includes overseas fieldwork and an optional study-abroad year, with a professional placement option in the final year for experience in an external organisation.
