About this course
BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, covering the design, analysis, and manufacture of mechanical systems. Core topics include Programming, Signal Processing, Control Systems, Data Analysis, Engineering Design, and Research Methods. An optional industrial placement year is available between levels 2 and 3, providing full-time work experience within an engineering organisation. The final year includes an individual project requiring independent research and integration of subjects studied throughout the degree.
