A level: ABB including one of the following subjects: English (Literature, Language, or both), any Language subject, Geography, History, Classical Civilisation, Law, Philosophy, Politics, Psychology, Religious Studies or Sociology. IB: 32 (6,5,5 HL) to include one of the following subjects at Higher Level: English (Literature, Language or both), any Language subject, Geography, History, Philosophy, Global Politics, Psychology, World Religions, Social and Cultural Anthropology. About this course

BA (Hons) in English and Sport Science, a combined degree in Sport and Exercise Science and English exploring the intersection of athletic disciplines and literary studies. Core topics include Research Methods, Policy Analysis, Global & Comparative Perspective. Students divide their time equally between both subject areas to investigate textual forms alongside exercise science, physiology, and sport sociology. The first year builds foundational knowledge through Sport and the Social Sciences, Fundamentals of Sport and Exercise Science, Narrative Forms, Theory Matters, and Fundamentals of Teaching Physical Education, with optional choices including Introduction to Drama.
