About this course
BSc in Politics and Economics, an economics and politics and international relations degree. Core topics include Statistics. Students can undertake optional modules in subsequent years. The first year covers the foundations through Introduction to Political Theory, Introduction to Political Science, Microeconomics I, Macroeconomics I, Quantitative Methods (Mathematics), Quantitative Methods (Statistics) and The LSE Course. The second year builds competence with Microeconomics II, Macroeconomics II, Econometrics I, Econometrics II and Courses to the value of two units from a range of Government options. The third year continues study through One government option to the value of one unit, One economics option to the value of one unit, one economics option to the value of one unit, one government option to the value of one unit, one outside option to the value of one unit, one government option to the value of one unit, one economics option to the value of one unit and an outside option to the value of one unit.
