Entry requirements
A level: BBB IB: Pass the IB Diploma with minimum 30 points overall or 120 UCAS Tariff points from three Higher Level subjects, including HL5 in at least one of IT, Computing, Mathematics or a science subject. If you plan to meet the Level 2 course requirements through your IB Diploma you will need to achieve Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 5 in English and Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 4 in Mathematics
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. Core topics include programming, computer architecture, ethics and professional practice, and artificial intelligence and machine learning. The programme shares a common first year with the BSc (Hons) Software Engineering degree, allowing transfer between courses after Year 1. A final-year project consolidates learning into a specialisation of interest.
