Entry requirements
A level: BCC IB: Pass the IB Diploma with minimum 26 points overall or 104 UCAS Tariff points from three Higher Level subjects, including HL5 in Biology. If you plan to meet the Level 2 course requirements through your IB Diploma you will need to achieve Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 5 in English and Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 4 in Mathematics
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Biology, covering animal evolution, behaviour, physiology and molecular biology. Core topics include Data Analysis, Laboratory Techniques, Research Methods, and Fieldwork. Optional field courses take place across Europe and Africa, with an optional fourth year for either overseas study or a work placement. The programme has established links with organisations including Chester Zoo, Kenya Wildlife Service and the RSPCA.
