Entry requirements
Scottish Higher: Standard Entry Requirement: BBBC Minimum Entry Requirement: CCCC NPA - National Progression Award (32-99) in Global Infrastructure and the Built Environment equivalent to 1 Higher at grade C. Can not be used for subject specific requirement our entry requirements and admissions policies A level: CCC Irish Leaving Certificate: H2, H3, H3, H3 at Higher Level IB: Award of Diploma with 27 points overall with three Higher Level subjects at grades 6, 5, 4 T Level: Pass Scottish HNC Other HNC subjects may be considered for year 1 entry where a C in the graded unit is achieved.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying. Core topics include Research Methods. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the programme enables graduates to work towards Chartered Surveyor status. A credit-bearing work placement is available, and a 40-credit dissertation is completed in the final year.
