Scottish Higher: Standard Entry Requirement: BBBC Minimum Entry Requirement: CCCC NPA - National Progression Award (32-99) in Global Infrastructure and the Built Environment equivalent to 1 Higher at grade C. Can not be used for subject specific requirement A level: CCC Irish Leaving Certificate: H2, H3, H3, H3 at Higher Level IB: Award of Diploma with 27 points overall with three Higher Level subjects at grades 6, 5, 4 T Level: Pass Scottish HNC Other HNC subjects may be considered for year 1 entry where a C in the graded unit is achieved.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, covering construction cost management and property valuation. Core topics include Research Methods and Ethics & Professional Practice. The programme holds accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and includes an optional year-out work placement. A 40-credit dissertation is completed in the final year.
