About this course
BSc Honours in Nutrition, combining the science of diet and health with food marketing. Core topics include bioenergetics, macro- and micronutrients, nutritional epidemiology, personalised nutrition, and food product development. The programme is professionally accredited, allowing graduates to apply for direct entry to the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists. Teaching is informed by current research carried out by university-based experts.
