About this course
BSc (Hons) in Nutrition, focusing on the biochemical and practical aspects of human diet and food systems. Core topics include Data Analysis, Statistics, Laboratory Techniques, and Research Methods. Students can choose an optional industrial placement year or a six-week work-based placement to gain practical industry experience.
