About this course

BA (Hons) History, covering periods from the Middle Ages to the present across American, British, European, Middle Eastern and African contexts. Core topics include Research Methods, Historical Research, Fieldwork, Communication & Writing, Social & Cultural Analysis, and Global & Comparative Perspective. The programme includes a study abroad semester at a partner university and culminates in an independent research project on a historical individual connected to a core theme.
