About this course
BSc (Hons) Building Surveying. Core topics include Statistics, Research Methods, Marketing, Legal Analysis, Communication & Writing, Critical & Analytical Thinking, and Ethics & Professional Practice. Students can undertake an optional paid work placement year lasting a minimum of 40 weeks, and the curriculum is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
